“There's so many apps needed to get around in Korea, it's crazy.”

Fair enough. Between the map app, the taxi app, the translator, and the payment thing, your home screen fills up fast here. Keep the map app you prefer for getting around. But for eating, you can skip the rest. Every spot we picked is a plain webpage with the menu, the hours, and a directions link. That's where your map app comes back in. No download, no login. Open the page, pick a place, walk over and eat.
