“Where do locals actually eat? Everything I find looks like it was written for tourists.”

You're not wrong. A lot of those lists are sponsored. The local move: skip the rankings and walk in wherever's busy. A room full of office workers at lunch is a better sign than a blog post.
That's how this guide works too. We're a small Korean team, listings can't be bought, and we only add spots we'd send our own friends to, like Menshoku's tsukemen in Sinsa (walk-ins first) or Hey Italy's Roman pizza in Noryangjin. Every spot links to a full store page (menu, hours, directions), most in English.
Pick one near where you're staying and use the map app you prefer for directions.
